Makes you proud doesn’t it?

It’s not like we shouldn’t have learned– 1st the Gulf War…”Let’s stop dependence on foreign oil.” Then $2.00 gas…”No more foreign oil.” Then 9-11…”No more foreign oil.”

Well the vote is in–Congress is for energy independence: the Dems, the Republicans, the people who want to be self-sufficient, car makers, America firsters, tree huggers, Left Wing, Right Wing–it doesn’t matter, we’re gonna make a stand.

Heh? Here’s the stand, here’s how we have all collectively shown the world: In the last decade the average MPG for all cars and trucks sold has gone from 22.1 MPG to —drum roll— 21.0 MPG. Congratulations America, in 19 years we’ve managed to go backwards. No lack of rhetoric, no lack of promise–just lack of action. We should all be proud.

I don’t know about Global Warming, but we should all be hot over these figures–or we could just admit we like our cars more than our energy independence.

And speaking of Global Warming, do you think all the hot air from Hillary, Barach, and Rudy could be melting the Polar Caps??

Finally…got seven figures you want to invest? Here’s the deal for you: buy an Isuzu franchise. Never mind the average Isuzu dealer sells 3 new vehicles a month. Forget that some auto observers think Isuzu will pull out of the US market. They’re selling franchises as a “good buy.” Buy an Isuzu franchise—Yikes…
